• How do I join? +

  If you have already signed up for a LIVELY account, you are automatically enrolled. Otherwise, signup at the top of this page!

• How do I earn points? +

  Glad you asked! Earn points by signing up, making purchases, and completing activities that are listed in our Ways to Earn section above.

• How do I view my point balance? +

  First, make sure you’re logged into your account. You can view your points balance at the top left corner of every page or from your account dashboard.

• How do I redeem my points? +

  You can redeem your points two different ways: for discounts or for LIVELY goodies — the choice is yours! First, make sure you’re logged in to see how many points you have. A minimum of 100 points is needed to begin redemption for either option. When you redeem your points for savings, you’ll receive an email with a unique discount code, which you can enter at checkout. Note that this is not applicable to shipping costs. When you redeem your points for products, you’ll choose any product you have enough points for, and that product will be automatically added to your cart. Note that redemption for products is only available online, and any products you redeem from points are final sale.

• Can I combine my redeemed codes? +

  Our cart checkout only allows (1) discount or promotional code per order.

• Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? +

  No, this is yours for the taking! The more you shop, the more you earn. Just remember that your points expire after 1 year of inactivity (AKA if you have not earned or redeemed any points in the last 12 months).

• Is there a limit to how many points I can use at one time? +

  You can use up to 400 points ($40 USD) on one order.

• I completed an activity but didn't earn points! +

  No sweat. It can sometimes take a bit for us to process your activity and provide your points. If it’s been longer than 7 business days, shoot us an email at help@wearlively.com.

• How do I get my birthday gift?+

  If you’re in our Inner Circle or VIP tiers, you’ll receive an email on your birthday with a unique discount code, and a link to choose from our birthday assortment (up to $48 value!). Add your gift with purchase to cart and enter your coupon code at checkout. Note, you must spend a minimum of $35 to receive your birthday gift. Redeemable online or in-store. If your birthday is within the next 30 days, your reward will be granted within the next 30 days.

• How do I get my tier entry gift? +

  Once you level up to VIP, you’ll receive an email with your 20% off coupon code (score!). If you have trouble finding it, shoot us an email at help@wearlively.com. We’re happy to help!

• How does the Rewards Program work in Canada? +

  Customers shopping in Canada will earn rewards points based on USD. At checkout, rewards points will convert to Canadian dollars.

• Where can I send my questions, concerns, or compliments? +

• What happened to the old rewards program?+

  We upgraded! Our new program offers you more ways to earn, more ways to redeem, and lots more savings. All your old points should have been transferred to your new account, but if for some reason you’re not seeing them, shoot us an email at help@wearlively.com.
