How do I find my bra size?
+-
Not sure where to start? Don't sweat it! You’re only 2 minutes away from finding the perfect fit and you can do it right at home. Scroll up to get started!
Pro Tip: It's totally normal to have some degree of asymmetry between your breasts! AKA the girls are cousins, not twins. When measuring, base your size on your larger breast.

How do I know if my bra fits correctly?
+-
Spoiler: 80% of women are wearing the wrong size! Knowing if your bra fits is crucial for 24/7 comfy and supportive feels. Focus on these main areas when determining if your bra fits correctly:
1. The Band Fit: The band does the majority of the work for your bra. It should sit firmly around your ribcage, but not too tight. The hook and eye closures should be set on the loosest setting with about 1-2 inches of stretch when pulled away from the body. This will allow for natural fluctuations within the body and provide the most wear out of your styles.
If the band rides up your back, it’s too large. If it feels excessively tight or constrictive, it’s too small.
2. The Cup Fit: The cups should cradle the boobs. Pro Tip: Make sure you’re adjusting the breast tissue using the Swoop + Scoop method. There should be no gaping or spillage over the cups. After you put on your clothes, the bra should also provide a smooth silhouette.
If the cup fit is off but the band fits well, stick to the same band number size and then either go up or down in the letter size
3. The Center Gore: The center part of the bra between the cups should rest flat against your sternum. It shouldn’t poke or lift away from your body. PSA: No-wire bras might not lay totally on your sternum – that’s normal!
4. The Straps: The straps should stay comfortably in place providing lift and support without digging into your shoulders. Make sure your straps aren't too tight by testing their flexibility. You should be able to lift them 1-2 inches off your shoulders using two fingers.
5. The Underwire: If your bra has an underwire, it should follow the natural curve of your breast without poking into your sides or center.

What is sister sizing?
+-
Sister sizing refers to alternative bra sizes that maintain the same cup volume as your original size just with a different sized band. In other words, choose your sister size if you feel good about your cup but want the band to fit tighter or looser.
For example, if you’re usually a 34B, your sister sizes would be 32C and 36A, depending on if you want a tighter or looser fitting band

How often should I replace my bras?
+-
Good question! The lifespan of a bra can vary depending on how frequently it is worn and how well you care for it. Here are some factors to keep in mind:
1: Wear and Tear: Bras, like any other clothing item, experience wear and tear over time. The elastic materials in the straps and bands can lose their elasticity, leading to reduced support and fit.The more frequently you wear a particular bra, the more often you may need to replace it.
2: Rotating Bras: We all need a break sometimes! If you have several bras that you rotate between, each bra will experience less wear and last longer. Consider having multiple bras in your lineup to extend their overall lifespan.
3: Care: Proper care can extend the life of your bras. See here for more FAQs or check our blog for more care hacks! .
A good rule of thumb is to replace your bras every 6-12 months. Look out for telltale signs of wear like bent wires, droopy cups and lack of support. All reasons to make the swap!
